Think it will only be a matter of when they will wear glasses......all the reading they are exposed to....especially when they start school and the computers screens they will need to stare into....haiz....i wonder how long i can drag before i kids need glasses......kekekeke
Hey Fannie, something to share with you. FL and I took "gou qi zi" when we started on solid food. It do great for eyes. FL's family members are all on spec except him. His mum told me that he is the only one eating "guo qi zi" when started solid food. Both of us had perfect eye sight. I started Jerick on "gou qi zi" when he started to take solid food.I buy those good grade one for him to eat as titbits. 5 or 6 pcs per day. I stop only when he is having cough or phlegm. Maybe you can try. But do check with your doc if you have any concern.My cooking normally have "gou qi zi". It add some sweetness to the food naturally also.
