Inaugural Family Trip 24 to 28 dec08

This trip itself was fruitful. We all enjoyed and had a great time shopping and eating!

24 Dec

Dad sent us off this day. We had no problems with the kids, even Brayden. They all woke up early, at 5ish to bathe and final round to checking to ensure we brought along what we ought to.

While at T3

I chose to stay at Tsim Sha Tsui. It was facing the harbour and we had a magnificient view from our room!

The boy's excited too!

After settling ourselves we took a train out to Wong Tai Sin Temple to have a look as it was quite near...

We didn't take many pictures here as we hoped to have. There were tour buses that sends the northerns there for sightseeing...and the very ill-mannered ones actually just cut Qs and stood in front of us while we were trying to take photos! RUDE!!!! UNCIVILISED!!!!

We walked to New World Centre for breakfast at East Ocean. Yummy!

Photobucket
She can pick up peanut with the chopsticks! Well done, gal!

Our son had a taste of the chuk(porridge) too!

Photobucket

Glorious food!

We were too hungry to take all the food! Tuck in!

We shopped for a while at the mall before heading back to the hotel so that Brayden could rest. He couldn't adapt to the change in climate and his cheeks were red and dry and peeling off too!

The gal has lotsa pictures...

We went to Mongkok after this. Drop by Langham Place, and the H&M was pretty small...

No pictures from there and we were conned! Not a big amount, just wana make mom happy and thought we could get her the Taiwan series...anyways...a lesson learnt.

Day 3

Son was confined in the hotel. As he had a pretty bad nose and his skin condition is not improving even when i slap a luxurious amount of moisturizer on him.

Ethyl had fun though...we went to Disneyland! But before disney, we head to Chung Tung to Citygates Outlet.

We got quite a lot of stuff there...

At Central station towards Tung Chung and Sunnybay...

Photobucket
Nice isn't it?

We were busy shopping after this...a little regret is we didn't spend a very long time there. We all missed Brayden and I am worried that Mom will be hungry...thus we stay a a while and left after a damage of a few hundred bucks buying all the gifts.

Photobucket
Photobucket

No pictures with the mascots as Ethyl was quite afraid. We view from a distance.

Day 4...the start of major damage!

We went to HK island...Central to shop.

Shopped at H & M, The Landmark, IFC...I got my Tod's from The Landmark :)

Can you see what these are made off?

The christmas celebration there was really good! they had carols sung in the streets and performance put up at different malls. A cooling weather...I love it! Ethyl wanted snowflakes, so we thought we can go Korea or even Japan when Bray is older.

At the airport...

Another round of shopping for Daddy at PRL.

Back to SG...shop again at DFS! haha...Neverending...I ought to get my Guccis and LVs from HK, they were cheaper there actually...Told Hubby I want to go back again...without the kids in tow! Just for shopping, and he suggest that we go to States during summer and go shopping without the kids! He wasn't usually so keen in shopping!
